Site blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Also featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing different sections of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring plans for marina coverings.
More documentation released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
